General Cartwright: A Brown Nose?

This is my response to: Retired general: U.S. can’t stop Iran from making nukes
By Kristina Wong-The Washington Times. February 24, 2012.

Seems to me that General Cartwright has taken up the fine art of Fortune Telling in his retirement. “They can slow it down. They can delay it, some estimate two to five years. But that does not take away the intellectual capital,” Cartwright said, referring to Israel's plan to stop Iran from getting a nuclear bomb.

So let me think: "They can delay it two to five years".  "Old" Cartwright must be one of those persons who subscribes to the theory: Don't wash your hands because they only will get dirty later. This article portrays, to me, a general  who got his promotions, not by warrior cunning and prowess, but by being the biggest "Brown Nose" in the ranks. Please general, you are retired now. Do the Patriots, and taxpayers, of this nation, a favor, and stop "Brown Nosing". Your retirement check is coming regardless. Remember the words of General Douglas MacArthur, There is no security on this earth; there is only opportunity". And "just fade away".
