Patriots, please do your own homework and THINK. Stop writing me that George W. Bush was a great President, and that if only we had a Republican as President, America would be well on its way to recovery. This is pure nonsense. One of the greatest threats to this nation at this time is Islam.
George W. Bush, after 9-11, declared: "All Americans must recognize that the face of terror is not the true faith -- face of Islam. Islam is a faith that brings comfort to a billion people around the world. It's a faith that has made brothers and sisters of every race. It's a faith based upon love, not hate."
Nothing could be further from the truth. The Arabic word "Islam" is derived from aslama, which means "to surrender" or "resign oneself". The Arabic word "salaam" (peace) shares the same abstract root with the word Islam, and thus the common misconception that the word, "Islam", means peace. The word Islam means to surrender unto God (Allah), and the Quran, the written words of God (Allah), is believed to be the actual speech, and revelations, given to the prophet Muhammad. The true fact is that the Quran contains more than 100 verses that call the faithful to war with non believers. And while George W. Bush was praising Islam as the faith of peace, Pope Benedict XVI, refused to agree that Islam was a religion of peace. He stated: "Islam contains elements that can favor peace, it also has other elements: We must always seek the best elements." And as the Pope did not take a very strong stand on the misconception that Islam is a religion of peace, I have chosen a few verses from the Quran so that you can do your own homework, and prove this issue one way or the other. This might be a good exercise for George W. Bush also, but I am sure he is more involved in making money from his current speaking tours than in learning the truth about Islam. I do find it strange that a man like G.W. Bush, who makes the claim of being a defender of the Constitution, does not take the lead in a "Revolution" against this fraud, and pretender, B.H. Obama.
Here are the verses to investigate:
1. Quran (2:191-193) - "And slay them wherever ye find them....
2. Quran (2:244) - "Then fight in the cause of Allah....
3. Quran (2:216) - "Fighting is prescribed for you....
4. Quran (3:56) - "As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony....
5. Quran (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers.....
6. Quran (4:95) - "Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt....
7. Quran (4:104) - "And be not weak hearted in pursuit of the enemy....
8. Quran (5:33) - "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified....
9. Quran (8:39) - "And fight with them until there is no more fitna....
And finally this last quote: Quran (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"
Now you understand why I have ranted that there is not a dimes worth of difference between the Democrats and the Republicans, and that it is time for Patriots, who believe in the Constitution, and believe that America is a Christian nation, to join together and start a new political party, and relegate the GOP to the "trash heap". I propose, once again, that this new party be called: Christian Democrats. It is "Do or Die Time. Let Freedom Ring".
