In America You Have A Right To Be Stupid

26 February 2013. Secretary of State, John Kerry, in Berlin, offered this gem:  "In America you have a right to be stupid - if you want to be. And you have a right to be disconnected to somebody else if you want to be. And we tolerate it. We somehow make it through that. Now, I think that's a virtue. I think that's something worth fighting for." Now I want it to be remembered that I did not make this up. That this is what the former democratic senator, from Massachusetts, now The Secretary of State of The United States of America, said. And nowhere has it been noted that there was a gun to John Kerry's head when he made this statement.

In the case of the birth certificate of President Obama, both President Obama, and the state of Hawaii, certify that the birth certificate posted on the Internet is a true copy of the long form birth certificate of President B.H. Obama, Jr. that is kept in the vault in Hawaii. And as these two statements of fact are self serving and not binding on all the citizens, of The United States of America, until found to be true in a Federal Court of Law, I contend that it is breech of the First Amendment right to "Free Speech" to not force President Obama to let "Birthers" have direct access to his original birth document. Sadly, when anyone who has dared to file suit against President Obama, or The State of Hawaii, to prove, in a court of law, that the provided birth document is a true copy of the one in the vault...........the courts have thrown out the suits because of "lack of standing" by the plaintiffs. The Supreme Court of The United States of America has also refused to take up the issue also based on the findings that the plaintiffs had no standing to bring the suit.

Now when we have a sitting President who has presented proof of birth and citizenship, and we have a state government that has certified that the posted document is a true facsimile of the official birth certificate locked in the vault, in that state, and when we have The Supreme Court of the United States of America, a Federal branch of the U.S. government, refusing to grant plaintiffs their day in court to conduct an investigation of the birth document, I contend that this is a direct violation of the spirit of the First Amendment, and constitutes a conspiracy between 2 branches of the Federal Government, and a similar conspiracy from the State of Hawaii, to deny American citizens the rights provided by the Constitution.

It is apparent that Secretary of State, John Kerry, understands, and is "in tune with",  "Birthers" who are American citizens, and who want to have WND and Dr. Corsi have access to the vault in Hawaii that holds the birth certificate of President B.H. Obama, to ascertain if this vault certificate matches the one President B.H. Obama had posted on the Internet, and the one he (Obama) continues to purport is a true copy of this vault held document. And should President B.H. Obama continue to keep WND, and Dr. Corsi, from having access to this "vault kept" birth certificate, it should be noted that this act against "freedom of speech" is worth fighting for. And I can only think that Secretary of State, John Kerry, was talking about something like the original Revolution, of 1776, that brought us the Constitution and it's Amendments when he said, "In America you have a right to be stupid - if you want to be. And you have a right to be disconnected to somebody else if you want to be. And we tolerate it. We somehow make it through that. Now, I think that's a virtue. I think that's something worth fighting for."
