St. Louis County Prosecutor, Bob McCulloch, should be stripped of his credentials to practice law

St. Louis County Prosecutor (Missouri), Bob McCulloch, has publicly stated that some of the witnesses presented to the Michael Brown, Grand Jury, "clearly lied". Prosecutor, McCulloch further stated that, "Early on I decided that anyone who claimed to have witnessed anything would be presented to the Grand Jury." He further states that he is not planning to pursue charges against any witnesses who lied.

So what is the point of having anyone in a court proceeding being sworn to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? Where is the legality, and the protection of the civil rights of the accused? Prosecutor McCulloch has turned the American legal system into a 'Kangaroo Court of Personal Opinion', and should be punished for his public statements. He should immediately be stripped of his credentials to ply his trade in any, and all, courts protected by the Constitution of the United States of America.
